Terms of Service!
☆ Art must be posted WITH credit. If you do post it without crediting me, I will remove it and refuse to work with you again.☆ Payment must be given upfront. I will do your commission, but I need assurance that I am going to be paid for it. Payment can be taken in real currency (USD) through most payment apps. Currency MUST be converted to USD if you normally pay in a different one.☆ If I am unable to finish a commission for any reason, I will provide a full refund. I will not provide refunds after a piece is done and sent. I can do remakes of a piece, but it will have a price (typically 50%-75% of the original commission price). I always ask if everything looks good before officially releasing a piece, and those edits are free!☆ I have full right to refuse any commission for any reason. If I do refuse, do not press on why or continue to ask me for that piece.☆ I have the right to use your piece to promote my art, i.e. posting on my DeviantArt, ToyHouse, Twitter, Tumblr, etc. If you would like me to NOT post your commission to any of these sites, please let me know beforehand.☆ Complex characters may cost extra! It will typically be between +10%-75% of the normal commission price, depending on complexity. This is uncommon, however!☆ You may ask for WIPs while waiting on your piece, but do not pressure me or ask too much.☆ Do not criticize my prices or ask why they are what they are; they won't change for you (That being said, sometimes discounts will be available. Once that discount expires, you may not use it). If you don't like my prices, simply don't buy from me.☆ Character references must be digital, unshaded and clear. I will not accept a commission if the reference is unreadable. I will also not accept commissions using NSFW references- I am a minor and I'm not comfortable with that.☆ If I do not receive payment for anything within 1 1/2 - 2 months (with no warning), I will revoke whatever it is you are paying for. I.e, if paying for an adopt, I would put that adopt back on sale until payment is completed OR a new buyer completes payment. Keep in mind I will be lenient with this if given warnings and notices.☆ Please know that I am a full-time student, and have extracurriculars and a job on top of school. Art won't be completed immediately, but I do try to get it done as quick as I can. This will vary depending on time of the year, motivation, etc., but I do my best to let clients know my situation beforehand.☆ If there is a piece you'd like me to take inspiration from, or a piece I've done that you'd like your commission to look like, PLEASE let me know! It makes it much easier to get a price/estimate done and saves a lot of headache.☆ Be nice! If it's a hassle to work with you, I will be much more hesitant to accept commission offers in the future.☆
